KOTC is the leading school for traditional style Taekwondo in Herndon, VA. Our Taekwondo program consists of core training, based on old traditional values. Experience is not required to begin your Taekwondo training. Our program is designed to teach students of all ages punching styles, kicking styles, and comprehensive self-defense. You will find that our classes are an invigorating workout. We incorporate stretching, forms, breaking, and testing for belt progression. The key to being successful in our classes is regular attendance, determination, and a positive attitude.

Prepare to also learn breathing and meditation techniques that will help you slow down and focus.
